Papaya

When I was living in Hawaii as a nanny for a short time period I remember the best things to get at the nearest farmers market from my house were the Papayas. They were not only extremely fresh but they always had the most beautifully vibrant colors inside. The woman I always bought fruit from would sometimes even give me the ones that were extremely ripe for nothing and I'll never forget how amazing they were.
